A former UA barber shop owner, paratrooper in the U.S. Armey with the 82nd Airborne Division and long-time community servant, Howard is one of our community’s most loved treasures. Howard has lived in UA for more than 50 years, bringing a depth of knowledge and understanding of our community that enriches the committee’s multi-varied conversations.
